NABU Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using NABU, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

NABU provides local-first voice note capture, transcription workflows, note organization, backup/export, and restore features.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account.

NABU is designed so core account data and user-created content are stored on your device.
NABU does not require a cloud database for core note-taking functionality.
Backup/export and restore actions occur only when you choose to perform them.

NABU may display ads in supported free-app experiences.
Ad delivery may require internet connectivity and third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.
When offline, core app features may continue to work while ads may be unavailable.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use NABU in violation of applicable laws.

NABU software, branding, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant NABU rights necessary to operate and provide the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, NABU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your designated operating jurisdiction.
